DIGISPIRED ii: Workforce Investigation Inspiration for Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Program funded by the National Science Foundation to Longwood University.  In this program, rising tenth graders in summer 2010 explore game design, explore STEM principles behind game controllers, learn to use C#, and then create games using Unity.  Along with Longwood University, Virginia State University collaborates on research activities relating to this project.

Also, there are High, Medium and Low modes, in regards to the detail level, which allows Digispired staff to choose from either, a more graphically intense or a more graphically conservative variant of your style of choice.
powered by an army of small yet efficient turtles Digispired is powered by a small turtles, these turtles are very efficient and can even make PCB circuitboards. They could not however, help me come up with an article for this area. So it will simply talk about turtles.

DIGISPIRED ii: Workforce Investigation Inspiration for Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Program funded by the National Science Foundation to Longwood University.  In this program, rising tenth graders in summer 2010 explore game design, explore STEM principles behind game controllers, learn to use C#, and then create games using Unity.  Along with Longwood University, Virginia State University collaborates on research activities relating to this project.

 

Longwood ITTIP is recruiting current 9th grade students for the Digispired ii Project. Students will explore Science and Engineering principles behind game controllers, interact with experts in game industries, and enhance programming skills using multi-platform game development tools to create games.

Students will meet at either Longwood University, Southern Virginia Higher Education Center or Virginia State University two weeks in the summer (July 12-23) and on (5) Saturdays in Spring and (5) Saturdays in Fall. Students will agree to commit to the three year program by signing a contract. We have a limited number of slots available on a First Come First Served Basis.

Students will receive a stipend of $400.00 per year (depending on attendance). For more information, call our office at 434-517-0717
